What You’ll Do
Provide clinical and case supervision to Family Support Providers Support staff growth through coaching, training, and mentorship Oversee quality, compliance, and documentation standards Collaborate with internal teams and community partners statewide Represent Autism Delaware in collaborative and systems-level meetings Help strengthen services for families navigating autism supports

What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in a behavioral health field Active licensure (LCSW, LPCMH, LMFT, or similar) Experience supervising or leading a team Knowledge of autism and family support systems Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Commitment to a respectful, collaborative, and mission-driven workplace

Lived experience parenting a child with autism is welcomed.
