Job Description
onday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM.
• Pay: Starting from $18.50 per hour. $250 bonus opportunity once certified.
• Required: High school diploma/equivalent, reliable transportation, ability to pass a clinical background check, and willingness to maintain an active RBT certification.

The Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:
• Work 1:1 with children (ages 2-6) under BCBA supervision.
• Implement personalized treatment plans.
• Accurately record progress using our data collection system.
• Build positive relationships with families and team members.
• Note: Role includes assisting with diaper changing/toileting as needed.
