Develop and implement the overall clinical affairs strategy for the organization.
Lead and manage a team of clinical affairs professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of all clinical trials and studies.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines related to clinical research.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory agencies, and research institutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of clinical affairs activities with business objectives and timelines.
Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
Manage clinical affairs budgets and resources to maximize efficiency and support organizational goals.
Stay current on industry trends and developments in clinical research, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Act as a spokesperson for the organization in regards to clinical affairs, representing Philips at conferences, events, and in media engagements.
Foster a culture of quality and compliance within the clinical affairs team and the organization as a whole.
Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and professional development.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders and regulatory agencies.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of clinical affairs activities to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
Serve as an advocate for patient safety and wellbeing, driving the organization's commitment to improving patient outcomes through innovative healthcare solutions.
