What You’ll Do
• Work 1:1 with clients in their home, school, or community setting.
• Implement individualized ABA programs designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record session data using easy-to-use technology.
• Collaborate with your BCBA and receive regular supervision.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.

• Paid training – No experience? No problem. We’ll train you and support you through RBT certification.
• Weekly BCBA support – You’ll never feel left on your own.
• Growth path – Opportunities to become a Lead BT or pursue BCBA supervision hours.

What We’re Looking For
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Availability for afternoon/evening shifts (weekdays).
• Passion for helping individuals with autism reach their potential.
Preferred:
• RBT credential or 6+ months ABA experience.
• Bilingual skills.
