Your Responsibilities:
• Educate children through play while adhering to personalized treatment plans
• Observe, engage, and collect data to create detailed progress notes
• Assist children in developing essential life skills such as motor, social, and emotional skills
• Work collaboratively to transform challenging behaviors into effective communication skills
• Make a meaningful impact in the life of a child!
Desired Skills and Qualities:
• Experience engaging with children in roles such as camp counselor, daycare staff, nanny, or school setting is preferred
• An energetic, playful, and creative mindset with the ability to think quickly
• Reliability and dependability; being someone families can count on
• Physical capability to move quickly and navigate child-focused environments
• Familiarity with technology, including learning data collection software and using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Willingness to learn, work independently, and strive for high-quality client care
• Interest in employing evidence-based methods rooted in scientific principles
