Job Description
etermines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process
Utilize measurement tools such as calipers, rulers, and tape measures for fabricating hardware.
Reads and interprets work instructions, schematics, wire lists, and drawings
Provides regular communication to shop leads and Work Center management on status and technical issues
Ensures quality of the hardware is maintained and company procedures are followed. Basic Qualifications for Cable/Harness Technician:
High School diploma, GED or equivalent
Must be a US Citizen
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work under limited supervision.
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds Preferred Qualifications for Cable/Harness Technician:
IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification
J-STD-001 Certification
Ability to multitask, prioritize
Experience or familiarity with ISO requirements, standards, and compliance issues
