Administrative Support
• We manage the full credentialing process, including applications, documentation, and payor enrollment
• We manage insurance claims and reimbursements
• We manage payroll and compensation for your Behavior Technicians, ensuring timely and accurate payment
• Regional Human Resources and Operations support to assist with the management of behavior technicians
Responsibilities
As a BCBA at GulfSouth Autism Center, you can expect an engaging and impactful day-to-day experience. As part of your role, you will oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, ensuring adherence to best practices, conduct assessments, track client progress, and engage with families to communicate successes and adjustments. Strong collaboration skills are required, as you will also work closely with speech and occupational therapists, ensuring a cohesive approach to client care. You will also collaborate closely with behavior technicians who you will mentor and guide while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements
• Must be a Licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing, with no pending litigation or disciplinary actions.
• Must carry professional liability insurance with a minimum limit of coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000

Gulfsouth Autism Center programs are structured around Applied Behavior Analysis integrated into a multidisciplinary approach. Our SPEAK Program incorporates intensive and individualized one-on-one ABA services, this approach helps our clients prepare for independence in a school environment. Individual Speech and Occupational Therapy services are integrated within the centers.
