Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide pediatric home health services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
This role offers flexibility and autonomy while maintaining strong clinical support from supervising SLPs and leadership.
Schedule Options: 1099 Independent Contractor
Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging, play-based speech therapy services aligned with individualized treatment goals
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
• Document therapy sessions accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate regularly with supervising SLP regarding client progress
• Educate caregivers on carryover strategies and home programming
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with supervising SLPs and other healthcare professionals as needed
Qualifications
• Active Arizona SLPA license
• Current CPR certification
• Article 9 certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in a home health setting
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required
