What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Behavioral Health Therapist, you’ll play a meaningful role in providing behavioral health services, including therapy and case management services to children, adolescents, adults, and families under supervision of an independently licensed clinician. This role will receive regular, clinical supervision and case review to ensure appropriate clinical training, support, and professional development opportunities. Services may be provided in person or via telehealth, dependent upon client preference and clinical appropriateness. Individual, group, or family services are provided in an assigned treatment program, office, or community-based settings (including homes, schools, and other community settings). This role is expected to be successful in treatment of moderate acuity cases and require more supervision if treating high acuity cases.

Education, Skills, Experience and Requirements
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Dependently licensed through the State of Ohio as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant. (Training will be provided, if not already certified).
• Experience working with people with mental health conditions preferred.
• Experience working with people with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid Ohio Driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Personal vehicle to transport clients as needed.
• Able to pass training to become certified to provide physical intervention as needed - Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record, if applicable.
