About You
You hold a Professional Counselor license at the Master's level or above, with credentials that may include LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, or LPCC-S (the credential required depends on your state). You also have a current NPI number and carry active malpractice insurance.
You are looking to set up a private practice or add insurance billing to one you currently operate.
