Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Stay current on advancements in speech therapy techniques and technology.

Adhere to all ethical and professional standards, including maintaining patient confidentiality.

Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning.

Collaborate with insurance companies and complete necessary documentation for reimbursement.

Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients during therapy sessions.

Maintain a positive and compassionate attitude towards patients and their families.

Comply with all hospital policies and procedures.
