Responsibilities
• Perform respiratory assessments and treatments for patients with pulmonary needs
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and ventilator management
• Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust treatments accordingly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement respiratory care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of respiratory care activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
Qualifications / Desired Experience
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work night shifts with a schedule including every other weekend and every other holiday
• Flexibility in scheduling imperative; no block schedules required
• Strong clinical skills and patient care focus
