Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties:
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and families on behavior management techniques.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Requirements:
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Experience in special education or related fields is preferred.
• Proficiency in medical documentation practices and maintaining medical records.
• Strong skills in data collection and analysis related to patient behavior.
• Knowledge of patient assessment techniques and behavioral health interventions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• A commitment to ethical practices in behavior analysis.
