We have current openings in Los Alamos, NM. The position offers full-time OR part-time hours with a flexible schedule, making it an excellent opportunity for students studying ABA or related fields. BTs play a critical role in delivering high-quality behavior therapy to children and families. You'll work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans and help clients build essential skills. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home, clinic, or community settings Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA Collect and document accurate data on client progress Participate in team meetings and ongoing training Communicate professionally with families and team members Qualifications 40 Hours of RBT Training Completed (Preferred) or willingness to complete prior to starting Active CPR certification (Preferred) Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism A compassionate and patient approach to care Ability to pass background checks and meet other compliance requirements What We Offer A supportive and team-oriented work culture Ongoing clinical support and supervision Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (Full-Time) Opportunities for professional development and growth Flexible scheduling options to fit school or other commitments Competitive pay: $18•20 per hour How to Apply Please submit your resume and contact information to be considered.
