Education Requirements
• High School Diploma required.
• Licensure with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• If not certified upon hire, candidate must complete training and pass the RBT examination to maintain employment.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Maintain RBT credential in accordance with BACB requirements.
• Implement client treatment programs as outlined by the supervising BCBA.
• Accurately track and record data on client progress.
• Complete daily session notes in a timely manner.
• Graph and analyze client data to demonstrate progress.
Preferred Experience & Skills
• Experience in behavioral interventions preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in working with computers and electronic devices necessary for daily documentation and tasks.
This is a full time position
