What You'll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)

Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians

Collaborate with Spanish- and English-speaking families , schools, and interdisciplinary providers

Maintain accurate, insurance-compliant documentation through CentralReach

Use data-driven decision-making to monitor and adjust programs

What You Bring Active BCBA certification and NJ LBA license (or in process)

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Spanish bilingual ability strongly preferred

Experience providing home-based ABA therapy or community-based services

Excellent skills in supervision, documentation, and family communication

Commitment to ethical ABA practices and family-centered care

Compensation & Benefits $75-$100/hour , based on experience and caseload

Sign-on bonus after 90 days
