• Work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA techniques to promote independence, social skills, and personal growth through fun and interactive activities tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Teaching skills to enhance communication and functioning
• Implementing and facilitating behavior plans, monitoring outcomes, and adjusting strategies as needed
• Restructuring environments to support positive outcomes and reduce problematic behaviors
• Collecting data and maintaining accurate records
• Communicating with behavior analysts, families, and peers to coordinate activities and advocate for individual needs
• Completing daily progress notes and maintaining accurate records

Pay Ranges Based on Experience & Education:

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Pass a National Criminal Background check
• CBT Certification (preferred)
• Completion of CBT certification process within 30 days of employment
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to physically engage with children in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 30lbs and maintaining a safe and tidy workspace.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required.
• Must be willing to travel and work in-home settings.
• Childcare (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor, etc.) (Preferred)
• Mental health advocates and professionals (QMHP, behavioral health technicians) (Preferred)
• Camp counselors, volunteers, youth faith group leaders or youth coaching (Preferred)
• Degrees in special education, teaching, psychology, sociology, or related fields (Preferred)
• Experience as direct support, paraprofessionals, or life skills assistants (Preferred)
