- On Bonus (RBT). Many positions include paid training and clinical hours toward Behavior Technician certification. We have immediate openings for entry-level and experienced Behavior Technicians and provide on-site and remote paid training to support your development.

### What you'll do day-to-day

You will work as a Behavior Technician (RBT) alongside a Behavior Analyst to implement individualized treatment plans. Tasks include carrying out treatment plans for individual clients, using evidence-based strategies that target language, play, social, and adaptive skill deficits as well as behavioral concerns that may be affecting learning. You will collect data on targeted skills and attend clinical team meetings.

You will regularly travel to where services are provided, so you must be willing to commute to clients' homes, schools, or community settings to implement treatment objectives. The posting lists On-site Sunnyvale as a work location while TLC serves the broader San Francisco Bay Area

### Who we're looking for

We welcome energetic, creative, and fun individuals who are interested in behavioral health and helping children with autism learn new skills. Prior experience is a plus but not required; we offer paid training and mentorship.

Specific background and requirements mentioned in the posting include:

- Bachelor's Degree or enrollment in Psychology, Education, or a related program preferred.

- At least 6 months of previous experience working with children; ABA experience and Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred.
