, we’re a small, mission-driven team providing compassionate, assent-based ABA services. We are currently seeking Certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join us in delivering high-quality, 1:1 therapy to children and adolescents with autism. Your Role
• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Track data and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Work in homes, daycares, center and/or community settings
Requirements
• Active RBT Certification (required)
• High school diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• Evening availability (3:00–8:30 PM)
• Reliable transportation & ability to travel up to 45 minutes
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Spanish-speaking a plus!
