liWorking with kids aged 2-22 with autism and special needs in their homes, schools, or in one of our centers./li
liSchedule overview:

liPart-Time, with potential to build to Full-Time/li
liHours fall between 8am-7:30pm ET Monday-Friday and possible weekends/li
liA few evenings per week until 7/7:30pm will be required/li

liEarn starting pay at $18.00/hr and up with experience./li

liMeet the minimum age requirement of 18 (on or before the first day of employment)./li
liEligibility to work in the United States./li
liHigh School Diploma or equivalent required./li
liValid Driver’s License and personal vehicle required./li
liAvailability to work a consistent weekly schedule: mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings./li
liThe ability to pass a background check./li

liAre bi-lingual, with English/Spanish fluency./li
liStudied, majored, or minored in psychology, education, special education, childcare, behavioral health, health science, or a related field./li
liHave experience working with children, whether as a babysitter, nanny, tutor, teacher, coach, camp counselor, or some other form of childcare./li

liGaining training and skills to support a career in behavior analysis, behavioral health, teaching, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, counseling, mental health, and parenting./li
liCreating lasting, positive change for children and their families./li

pPhysical requirements vary and are based on specific client assignments. You may be asked to engage in any of the following: push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds and move quickly, according to client needs. It is necessary to be able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run./p
