 to enhancing intelligence infrastructure for tracking ADC-related data Required Qualifications Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or equivalent) in organic/medicinal chemistry, chemical biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D with expertise in ADC linker/payload chemistry Strong understanding of ADC design trade-offs and their impact on efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics Experience in evaluating ADC platforms and differentiating them using scientific literature and competitive intelligence Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization
