Job Description
Position
Hybrid Full‑Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Details
Full‑time weekly billable minimum 26 hours (planning time included).
Summer schedule: team closes at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Responsibilities
• Complete behavioral assessments.
• Develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians.
• Deliver direct treatment focused on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction.
• Complete required documentation including instructional program development, data collection, graphing and analysis, progress reports, and behavior support plans.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree or PhD with completion of BACB‑approved behavior analytic coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Current LABA.
• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with children, adolescents, and adults with Autism, developmental disabilities, and/or behavior challenges.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access.
• Availability to work morning, after‑school, and evening hours.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Experience developing and implementing behavioral interventions in applied settings.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A compassionate approach to care.
• Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments.
• Proficiency with word processing and graphing software.
• Current with best practices and developments within the field of ABA.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship available.
