Job Description

vide in-home ABA therapy to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our team uses proven, evidence-based practices to help clients build skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
• Use tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3
• Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and support ABA therapists (RBTs)
• Provide training to staff, caregivers, and families
• Track progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Qualifications:
• Active BCBA certification (required)
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism
• Skilled in behavior plan writing and data analysis
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required for in-home visits)

  • BCBA Pay Rate: $65 - $95 per hour based on experience (for comparative purposes: Approximately $95,000 - $140,000 as an annual salary, based on a 30-hour work week)
  • First Year Bonus: $5000 for full time BCBAs
  • Bonus is commensurate with weekly hours for part-time BCBAs
  • Top Pay: $65–$95/hour, based on experience
