Qualifications

  • The Ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a clinical research environment / setting, ability to read clinical trial protocols, have regulatory and / or IRB experience, experience with Ethos / RedCAP / or Velos, is highly organized and detailed orientated, and has strong Microsoft Office Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Education/Social Science, or related field
  • 5 years Experience in appropriate field or
  • May consider additional years of experience in lieu of education

Responsibilities

  • As a valued team member, you will oversees day-to-day PRMC submission activities and manage/support REDCap PRMS forms and eIRB PRMC queue
  • You will facilitate protocol submissions and modifications to ensure timely reviews, approval, and activation of new trials
  • Additionally, you will coordinate PRMC Committee Meetings, perform quality checks, ensure study submission compliance is 100% prior to committee review, monitor studies in the parallel-review process, review monitoring and query responses, corrective actions, and follows up on outstanding requests
  • Analyzes, coordinates, and evaluates program operation and procedures
  • Develops or oversees development of budget for program
  • Develops, cultivates, and maintains working relationships with internal/external departments/agencies and other organizations associated with and/or receiving benefit from program
  • Establishes program goals and objectives and directs program evaluation and quality control activities; develops and/or approves schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving goals
  • Plans and coordinates special events
  • Participates in conferences
  • Presents data and program information
  • Responsible for design, execution, and effectiveness of system of internal controls, which provides reasonable assurance that operations are effective and efficient, assets are safeguarded, and financial information is reliable
  • Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Reads literature and attends functions to keep abreast of relevant scientific and technical developments related to program
  • May provide supervision to staff members
