As a Behavior Technician, you will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the guidance of a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will help children improve behaviors that interfere with daily living and support the development of key life skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, or center-based settings
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect and record data accurately during each session
• Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision
• Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and team members
• Maintain ethical and professional standards at all times

Minimum Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute within the Matawan area
• Previous ABA experience preferred, but not requiredMust be comfortable working independently and within a team

Work Location

This is an in-person role that may include travel to client homes, schools, or a Flywheel center in or near Matawan, New Jersey.
