Qualifications
- •Valid RN license with current licensure in the applicable state or region
- •Proven experience in critical care, acute care, home health, hospice care, or assisted living environments

- •As an Oncology Project Manager RN, you will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional patient care

- •Supervise nursing staff and case managers involved in oncology care delivery, providing guidance on clinical protocols and documentation standards
- •Monitor patient progress through EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems, reviewing medical records and ensuring accurate documentation review
- •Oversee patient monitoring activities, including assessment of treatment responses and management of side effects in accordance with physiology knowledge
- •Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and staffing schedules to optimize efficiency during shift management
- •Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of patient information at all times
- •Facilitate training sessions on medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and hospice or home health procedures for team members
- •Conduct regular reviews of care plans and documentation to uphold quality standards and support case management efforts
