A bit about us:
We are a growing, multi-site ABA provider focused on delivering high-quality, center-based care to children with autism and their families. Our clinics are designed to support early intervention and structured, play-based learning in a collaborative environment.
Our model emphasizes strong clinical leadership, manageable caseloads, and consistent support for both our BCBAs and RBTs. We believe the best outcomes happen when clinicians are empowered to focus on quality care—not just productivity metrics.
Why join us?
Most BCBAs don’t leave roles because of the work—they leave because of lack of support, burnout, and misalignment with leadership. We’ve built our model to solve for that.
Center-based environment → Consistent schedules, strong team collaboration, and less isolation
Real clinical support → Leadership that understands ABA and prioritizes quality care
Manageable caseloads → Designed to allow you to actually focus on your clients and team
Dedicated RBT support → Structured training and supervision systems in place
Growth opportunities → Clear path into Lead BCBA, Clinical Director, and beyond
Mission-driven culture → Focused on outcomes for kids and long-term sustainability for clinicians
If you’re looking for a setting where you can do your best clinical work without burning out, this is that opportunity.
