Duties
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide direct support to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and improve quality of life.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors to inform treatment decisions.
• Teach new skills and reinforce positive behaviors through structured activities and interventions.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy and special education.

• Experience working with children with special needs

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Your primary focus will be on assisting clients in achieving their goals through effective behavior management strategies while providing support in daily living activities
