Responsibilities

  • Associates are responsible for positively contributing to our customers shopping experience by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service
  • Team members must deliver impeccable customer service by acting with a "customer comes first" attitude
  • Greeting customers, attending to their needs, and building a loyal client base are just a few of the key responsibilities
  • To perform these responsibilities, associates must be able to positively interact and build relationships with customers, co-workers, and management teams
  • The Sales Associate gathers and uses product knowledge to educate customers and assists them in making product selections
  • They will tag merchandise for sale, apply promotional notices and price tags, apply loss prevention sensors, and process merchandise from the stock room to the sales floor
  • In addition, they will assist in unloading and processing stock weighing up to 55 lbs
  • The Sales Associate will perform sales transactions through skillful use of the POS system and complete these transactions in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
  • They are responsible for communicating information regarding sales, markdowns, customer programs, and promotions to all customers
