We are seeking motivated and compassionate Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists to support students in a school-based setting throughout the Fontana area. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about working with children and gaining experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

What Youll Do
• Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support to students
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Use ABA techniques to reinforce positive behaviors
• Track and record student progress and behavioral data
• Support students with autism spectrum disorder and related needs
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff

What Were Looking For
• High school diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred
• Experience working with children, special education, or ABA is a plus
• RBT certification is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Patient, dependable, and adaptable
