Job Description

To support a growing practice, the full-time Colorado Licensed BCBA Clinical Manager will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise staff, and provide parent coaching, with 25% remote work flexibility.
Key responsibilities

Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and provide parent coaching and support

Required qualifications

Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
