Responsibilities

  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Ability to assess customer needs, provide quotes and schedule work
  • Coordinating work flows between sales and production
  • Data entry into our HubSpot CRM
  • Schedule inbound and outbound vehicle deliveries
  • Perform customer service functions to support wholesale and retail customers
  • Ability to be hands on and work in a fast paced environment
