Responsibilities

• •Schedule: Night shift l PRN
• •Dynamic Clinical Agility: Deliver expert-level nursing care across high-acuity environments, including ICU, ED, and Telemetry
• •You will adapt seamlessly to diverse patient populations, implementing and monitoring complex care plans while executing physician orders with precision and clinical autonomy
• •Real-Time Assessment and Action: Serve as the critical link in patient safety by monitoring, recording, and communicating rapid changes in patient condition
• •You’ll leverage your specialty expertise to assess needs on the fly and ensure every intervention aligns with the highest standards of evidence-based practice
• •Multidisciplinary Leadership: Act as the central coordinator for the healthcare team, bridging gaps between disciplines to ensure seamless, well-coordinated patient transitions
