What You’ll Be Doing:
• Caseload Management: Lead your own group of amazing kiddos and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.
• School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands‑on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.
• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.
• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs—not checklists.
• Grow With Us: Help build relationships with schools and communities while shaping the future of our presence in the state.
• Stay Compliant & Ethical: We keep it tight—aligned with BACB ethics, state laws, and insurance policies.
You’re a Perfect Fit If You:
• ✅ Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• ✅ Have 2+ years of ABA experience (bonus points for school or home‑based work!)
• ✅ Love collaborating and being part of a purpose‑driven team
• ✅ Communicate like a pro—whether it’s writing a treatment plan or coaching a parent
