Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in an elementary school in Charles Town, WV for the 20262027 school year.
Position Details:
• Full-time: 37.5 hours/week (7.5 hours/day)
• School Year: August 17, 2026 May 27, 2027
• Potential early start for administrative week (to be discussed upon offer)
• Assigned to 1 elementary school
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct behavioral support to students in an autism classroom
• Collaborate with school staff and support behavior intervention strategies
• Help create a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Candidates with an inactive RBT certification may also be considered
• BCBA supervision provided by the school
