ial study participants via phone calls and text outreach
• Perform phone screenings using study‑specific eligibility criteria
• Schedule screening visits and send reminders
• Track participants from initial contact through enrollment
• Enter and maintain accurate recruitment data in internal systems
• Coordinate with study coordinators to meet recruitment targets
Qualifications
• Previous experience in healthcare administration, patient services, customer service, call centers, or research support
• Recent graduates in science, healthcare, public health, or related fields encouraged to apply
• Strong verbal communication and professionalism over the phone
• Fast and accurate typing (typing test required)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
