This is a Monday–Friday role (no weekends!) with paid training and certification, where you’ll support children ages 18 months to 8 years in a fun, clinic-based setting with no in-home travel required.

What You’ll Do:
• Work 1-on-1 with children to build communication, social, and life skills
• Use evidence-based ABA methods - we’ll train you!
• Track progress and adjust activities based on individual needs
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA and your clinic team

What You Need:
• High school diploma or GED
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping kids
• Ability to kneel, crouch, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation and willingness to complete a background check

No ABA experience? No problem. We’ll help you get certified and set you up for success.
