Position Overview
• A Mix of Settings: Enjoy working in home-based Early Intervention (EI) services, a boutique clinic, or schools. Choose to work in homes only or split your time between homes and clinic!
• Clinic is in Pleasanton, CA
• EI caseloads can be built throughout the East Bay -- keep your driving to a minimum and work near your home!
• Flexible Hours: Whether you're looking for full-time (32+ hours/week) or part-time (20+ hours/week), there are options to fit your needs.
• CAREER GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES! A ladder program is available for therapists who want to grow into leadership opportunities with reduced caseloads.
The Details:
• 2+ years of pediatric experience required; must have CCCs.
• California Speech Language Pathology license required.
• Must have excellent communication skills to clearly and effectively connect with both children and their families.
• Build your evaluation skill set! If desired, this position comes with the opportunity to conduct Individual Educational Evaluations (IEEs) and provide in-depth assessment and reports for clients
• Must be able to work in person in Pleasanton, CA or throughout the East Bay
Competitive Pay & Perks:
• $90-120k/year
• Bonus opportunities for over 26 direct clinical hours/week
• Mileage reimbursement
