Job Description

nsive research has proven the effectiveness of FFT. You will empower families to address challenging and/or problematic behavior and to help youth aged 10 - 18 make life-transforming changes. The course of FFT treatment is 3-6 months.

This position includes an $5,000 sign-on bonus paid in 4 installments of $1250 paid upon ninety days, six months, nine months, and one year of full-time employment. This sign-on bonus applies to new hires. You may be eligible for additional compensation by exceeding billable and model fidelity expectations.

DUTIES:

Provide direct clinical treatment using the FFT treatment model and principles. Some principles include leveraging strengths and focusing on the positive, interrupting blame and negativity in family meetings, and changing focus and reframing as necessary to name a few.

QUALIFICATIONS:

LCSW, LMSW-cc, LCPC, LCPC-c, LMFT, or LMFT-c. New grads encouraged to apply! The job requires the willingness and availability to work a flexible schedule including late afternoons or evenings. You'll provide counseling in families' homes, in an office-based setting and via telehealth. Mileage is reimbursed. This position provides an ideal learning opportunity for clinicians in a powerful, evidenced based model. You will receive on-the-job training and intensive weekly individual and group supervision. All applicants must maintain a current driver's license and a clean driving record as outlined in Spurwink's Driving policy.
