What You’ll Do
• Provide individualized ABA therapy in a client's home under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement treatment plans to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Track data and report progress to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with families and team members to foster growth and positive outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in the home setting.

Salary: $17.0 - $25.00 per hour
