We love to support our team, with a hands-on leadership approach from the top down. We are here for our clients, our clinicians, and to create an environment to foster a culture of support (we won't abandon you after the day you onboard with our team).
Owned and operated by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2003, we are proud of our operations and processes, and we don't engage with private equity firms.
Our team is looking for like-minded Analysts to join our cause!
Why Join Our Team?
• No Medicaid (private insurance only)
• No billable 'requirement' to receive full pay, only billable goal for bonuses

• We offer consistent and on-going internal training for RBTs AND BCBAs

• We offer competitive BCBA compensation with performance-based incentives
• We offer flexible scheduling options with full-time and part-time opportunities available

• We offer paid continuing education and ongoing professional development opportunities (but, really, shouldn't everyone)
• We don't just offer a supportive and collaborative environment, our team genuinely cares, because we're not reporting to a board
• We have room to grow. If you onboard as a BCBA with our team, you can count on opportunities expanding into your area of interest(s)
