Requirements:
• BACB Registered Behavior Technician Certificate
• Medicaid Provider number (not required, but preferred)
• 1-year experience working with children, adolescents or adults with autism or other behavioral disabilities (not required, but preferred)
• Must speak English, bilingual (Spanish, Creole) preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support)/CPR certification
• Certifications of in-services in the treatment of mental health, developmental or intellectual disabilities, crisis management strategies, and HIPAA.
• Must possess excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Maintain a positive, open, and objective attitude towards others
• Need to have clearance with Background Check.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Need to have reliable transportation.
• Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
• Proof of auto insurance liability coverage.
• Ability to drive to multiple locations daily.

- •Collect data about clients’ behaviors through direct observation
- •Maintain detailed records of clients’ progress and services performed
