or Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Midland, MI area.

What You’ll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their home under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will:
• Deliver personalized behavior intervention services
• Support children in learning daily living, communication, and social skills
• Collect and document behavior data accurately
• Collaborate with your clinical team and attend regular team meetings
• Help implement and refine treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
What We’re Looking For
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: 1+ year of ABA experience preferred, or experience working with children (especially those with special needs)
• Passion: A strong desire to work with children and make a positive impact
• Training: Completion of a 40-hour RBT course (required!)
• Certification: Must pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire (we provide support)
• Other Requirements:
• Reliable transportation
• Background check
• To protect our clients and their families, this position requires a background check. Successful candidates will receive a conditional offer of employment, with a final confirmation to start pending the satisfactory results of the screening.
Physical Requirements
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, squat, or crawl for extended periods
• Comfortable working on the floor and actively engaging with children
