Blossom ABA is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in the Jacksonville area. At Blossom ABA, we believe both our clients and our team members should grow and flourish. Our RBTs receive strong support from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ongoing training, and a positive team environment focused on collaboration and success.
What You’ll Do
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and track data on client progress
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Work closely with families and your clinical team to support each child’s progress
What We’re Looking For
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Passion for working with children
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
