Job Description

sibilities:
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a licensed clinician
• Collect data on observable client behavior
• Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support client progress
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Skills:
• Experience working with children with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities
• Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
• Basic to fluent in American Sign Language

Qualifications:
• Must have at least one year of college level education or currently be enrolled in a minimum of 6 college credits
• Favorable background check, driving record and DCYF clearance
• Valid driver's license and access to insured vehicle

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with developmental disabilities, particularly autism, and providing behavioral therapy
  • Experience working with children with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities
  • Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
