Job Description

Join Our Team as a Clinical Research Project Manager!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clinical Research Project Manager to support the execution of various clinical research studies. This role is integral in ensuring the timely activation and successful completion of projects while managing cross-functional communications and key documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate budgets with external sponsors for industry-funded trials and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
• Coordinate internal processes such as CTMS study builds and Medicare Coverage Analysis development.
• Provide essential support for research oversight committees and manage documentation for clinical trials.
• Define and execute project plans, including schedules and resource allocation for clinical research studies.
• Analyze study requirements to ensure compliance with sponsor regulations and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Support study startup, maintenance, and closeout activities with a focus on financial stewardship.
• Assist in the development of Medicare Coverage Analysis documents to guide billing processes.
• Lead project assessments to identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficient in budgeting and financial negotiations, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Clinical Conductor (CTMS) is highly preferred.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a clinical or life science field, business, or healthcare operations, with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Clinical licensure or certification may be required based on grant funding.

This is a remote position that requires availability during core business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time).
