Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time hybrid position Therapists role located in Livonia and Troy MI. The role involves conducting individual and family therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and monitoring client progress. Therapists will collaborate with clients to set clear therapeutic goals and provide support throughout their mental health journey. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, participating in case reviews, and adhering to ethical and professional guidelines.

Qualifications
• Licensures required: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist status in the state of Michigan.
• Direct experience in providing individual therapy, and family counseling.
• Assessment, crisis management, and clinical documentation proficiency.
• Collaboration skills for integrated care and multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Strong interpersonal, empathy, and active listening skills.
• Commitment to professional development and staying informed on evidence-based practices.
• Familiarity with mental health software and electronic health record-keeping is a plus.
• Master’s degree or Limited License in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
