Job Description
Make a positive impact supporting students across kindergarten through high school as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a dynamic educational environment. This full-time, on-site position is based near Chino Hills, CA, and is open to travel professionals passionate about helping students achieve their social, emotional, and academic goals.
Successful candidates will be working 1:1 with students across a range of grade levels, delivering individualized support and collaborating closely with educators and clinical team members. Qualifications:
• Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required
• Experience working with children in grades K-12, especially in school settings
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and experience providing direct behavior intervention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers, school staff, students, and families
• Flexibility to adapt approaches to individual student needs
• Ability to commit to an on-site, full-time contract role
Primary Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral interventions to students, adhering to individualized plans
• Collect accurate data and maintain detailed documentation
• Support teachers and other staff in implementing behavior strategies in the classroom
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisors and team members to update and adjust individualized plans as necessary
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students
