We’re looking for compassionate, energetic, and creative Summer Program Instructors to join our team for our 6-week Summer Learning Program serving children ages 6-9 (with or without an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis).

About Our Summer Learning Program
Our 6-week program is designed to bridge the gap between school years through:
• Group instruction with a classroom routine
• Behavior analytic-based academic curriculum
• Social skill building
• Creative art activities
• Gross motor and sensory experiences
This program uses evidence-based behavior analytic principles to support each child’s continued growth, all while keeping summer fun at the center.
What You’ll Do
As a Summer Program Instructor, you will:
• Follow and implement the curriculum built out by the program supervisors
• Lead group academic and enrichment activities while also facilitating social skills building and structured play
• Implement behavior analytic teaching strategies taught to you by the program supervisors
• Collaborate with program supervisor and teammates to ensure high-quality programming
• Help maintain an organized, positive, and engaging classroom environment
Who We’re Looking For
• Special Education teachers who are looking to continue their meaningful work over the summer
• College students pursuing an early education, special education, or child development degree
• Experience working with children preferred (camp, classroom, daycare, coaching, etc.)
• Energetic, patient, and team-oriented
• Able to take feedback and grow professionally
• Reliable and available for the full duration of the program (7/6/26–8/13/26)
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Education:
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

- •When: Program runs from July 6 to August 13, plus one week of paid training 6/22-6/26
- •Group instruction with a classroom routine
- •Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- •Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
