Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and oversee the implementation of ABA therapy programs aligned with evidence-based practices.
• Provide mentorship and training to local clinical leadership teams (Assistant Clinical Directors, Clinical Directors, BCBAs).
• Support the development and delivery of the mentorship program for Assistant Clinical Directors and Clinical Directors.
• Ensure compliance with national and state-level regulatory policies.
• Analyze clinical performance and accessibility to optimize services.
• Oversee BCBA placement and manage clinical staff to maximize service delivery.
• Conduct clinical overlaps to provide feedback and guidance for ongoing cases.
• Collaborate on clinic optimization plans and support organizational growth initiatives.
• Participate in clinical committees and contribute to the creation of continuing education workshops.

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing, with a minimum of 4 years of post-certification experience.
• At least 2 years of management experience, with multi-site clinical leadership preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder is required.
• Strong background in skills assessments and curricula (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, PEAK, etc.).
• Preferred experience in organizational behavior management (OBM).
• Certified and/or licensed as a BCBA, in good standing.
• Experience with effective clinical mentorship.

Work Environment:

This role will involve both remote and clinical settings (including schools), with travel required up to 25%.
